The eagerly anticipated 2025 Renault 4 is set to grace European showrooms and global markets next year. Its electrification journey began in 2021, with its design previewed at the 2022 Paris Auto Show through the Renault 4Ever Trophy Concept, which stole the spotlight.
Design
The Renault 4Ever Trophy Concept introduces a subcompact crossover with a length of 163.8 inches and a wheelbase of 101.2 inches, placing it squarely in the B-SUV segment. Notable design features include conventional mirrors, discreet door handles, an extreme off-road kit, and a futuristic hollow bonnet. The sleek black grille encloses LED headlights, while the vertically-mounted taillights, pronounced fenders, trapezoidal vented rear side windows, and tapered tail with pill-shaped taillights pay homage to the original Renault 4.

The 2025 Renault 4 will offer both front-wheel drive and four-wheel drive versions. The front-wheel drive variant will be powered by a motor delivering 135 horsepower, while the rugged four-wheel drive version will have a shorter range.
Battery Life and Charging
Equipped with a 50 kWh battery pack, the Renault 4 is expected to cover over 200 miles on a single charge. Charging times are also impressive, with the ability to reach 80% charge from 0% in just 30 minutes.

Inside, the Renault 4 will accommodate five passengers. Its interior draws inspiration from the New Renault 5 E-Tech electric hatchback, featuring a retro finish with horizontal lines. The raised center console houses the drive selector, and bright accents add character.
