2025 Land Cruiser

The 2025 Toyota Land Cruiser made a glamorous return with fully renewed features. It’s motivated by a four-cylinder hybrid system that contributes to the production of 326 horsepower. It’s downsized slightly, losing its previous model’s third row of seats. The 2025 Land Cruiser also gets refreshed, packing in modernized interior features and also the latest Toyota infotainment tech.

Pricing and Trim Options

Toyota

The 2025 Toyota Land Cruiser price starts at $58,196, going up to $62,965 depending on the trim and options. 2025 Land Cruiser trims include:

2025 Land Cruiser 1958—it’s priced at $58,195 and consists of a classic round headlight, heated seats, a heated steering wheel, and a six-speaker stereo.

Land Cruiser—It starts at $62,965 and consists of plenty of luxurious features compared to the 1958 trim. The front seats are ventilated, a 10-speaker stereo system is included, a huge 12.3-inch infotainment display and all-terrain tires wider in shape are among other items.

Power and Performance

Toyota installed a hybrid powertrain consisting of a 2.4-liter four-cylinder engine aided by two electric motors to make around 365 horsepower and 465 lb-ft of torque. Power is sent through an eight-speed automatic transmission that balances the strong low-end torque and smooth highway cruising.

One common question buyers ask is, “Is the new Land Cruiser part-time 4WD or AWD?” The answer is actually neither; it comes standard with a full-time 4WD system. All four wheels are engaged at all times, giving it better traction in all conditions.

Interior and infotainment

This Land Cruiser is a two-row, five-seat SUV. The 1958 trim does not include many other trim luxuries but offers features like heated seats, a six-speaker stereo, and a heated steering wheel. The Land Cruiser trim is so luxurious, being fitted with ventilated seats, leather upholstery, and a 10-speaker stereo. The storage of both is that it can hold up to 17 carry-on suitcases behind the rear seats, and when the rear seats are folded, it can carry up to 31 suitcases.

Infotainment

The 2025 Land Cruiser trim comes with Toyota’s latest excellent infotainment system with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto. The 1958 trim comes with an 8-inch display, and the above trim gets a 12-inch touchscreen, USB Type-C charging ports, and a wireless smartphone charging pad as standard.

Off-road capabilities and fuel efficiency

The 2025 Land Cruiser’s off-road capabilities receive standard features such as Crawl Control, Multi-Terrain Select (covering mud, sand, rock, and deep snow), electronic locking center and rear differentials, downhill assist, and an optional front stabilizer bar disconnect, all standard or available depending on trim.

The hybrid powertrain brings notable fuel efficiency, and the official estimates are 22 MPG city, 25 MPG highway, and 23 MPG combined—a big improvement over the old V8. The towing capacity is approximately 6000 lb, making it a practical daily SUV for family trips, adventures, or a better choice for off-grid travel. The better choice to go for is the Land Cruiser trim because you won’t miss desirable features that the 1958 trim doesn’t have.

Summary
The 2025 Land Cruiser is a better buyers who prioritize off-road ability, Toyota reliability, and modern tech. It's not the most luxurious or fastest, but it delivers where it matters most for adventure-focused drivers.
