Preparing for it’s reveal on the 10th of February 2026, Toyota has dropped a new teaser video showing the mysterious three row SUV to be a Highlander SUV and will be fully electric according to the video.
The new highlander will future a sleek modern lines which we confirmed from the first teaser, an electric Powetrain, and has a spacious interior of a three row configuration. Toyota confirms it reveal time with a post caption on Instagram “Charged and ready. The reveal of the all new, all electric 2027 Highlander drops tomorrow, February 10th at 9:30 EDT. #LetsGoPlaces.
The statement could mean that the new electric Highlander will be a performance car, more convenience and i deal for large families and group thanks to its 3 row configuration, first row carrying 1 passenger and driver, second row carrying 2 passenger and third row carrying 3 passengers though we haven’t got information or view if it will have enough headroom and legroom for adults in the third row.
Toyota hasn’t given any name to this new SUV as it sticks to the “Highlander” title. The future of the Combustion Highlander and Hybrid still remains unclear and new highlander won’t replace any model as of now.
The new video now is the third teaser from Toyota as it had released the exterior teaser, a week then the interior, now its a video showing the rear Highlander badge positioned above AWD logo at center and BEV logo below. Now we will be waiting for full reveal tomorrow so that we can put all information together. The reveal is scheduled on the 10th of February at 9:30 EDT.
