  • Features a lowered stance, carbon-fiber-style hood and roof, aero kit, and a high-mounted rear wing.
  • Retains the standard 1.5-liter four-cylinder engine paired with a CVT despite the racy appearance.
  • Offered in a single trim with production capped at 3,000 units for the Chinese market.

The Chinese market will now have the updated version of the Honda Fit. Among the photos released, it shows a tiny car featuring a full racing setup, which means that the company will bring a racing version of the Fit. This one is the best-looking trim and race car seen this week.

The racy fit has a lowered stance and has white racing wheels, making it different from the other cars seen in the photos. The new racing-fit roof and the hood seem to be made from carbon fiber, and the hood features a prominent air intake sitting on top.

There is a widened front bumper that has canards and large splitters; the sides are decorated with skirts to bring out an aggressive look to the new Honda Fit race variant, and at the rear of the car there is a high-mounted wing, which is fixed to play around with aerodynamics and shape it into a sports car.

Honda released fewer details surrounding the small-size race car, but they gave out some mechanical details, like that it will be available with a 1.5-liter four-cylinder engine, which is paired to a CVT transmission.

The new updated Chinese Honda Fit will only be offered in one trim, with production limited to 3000 units for China. Even though the updated Honda Fit race car wears a sporty look, Honda hasn’t given it any performance upgrades, and it seems anyone who will be opting in on the car for the body kit will be able to match the performance with the looks by doing a good modification on it.
