  • Features a widened track (5 inches) and raised ride height (2 inches), achieving a total ground clearance of one foot and a wading depth of 27 inches.
  • Powered by a 650 PS 4.0-liter twin-turbo V8 engine paired with an eight-speed transmission and Bentley’s 48-volt active anti-roll system.
  • Equipped with roof-mounted storage, high-intensity spotlights, forged 22-inch Brixton wheels with all-terrain tires, and a custom Akrapovic titanium exhaust.

Bentley Motors revealed a new off-roader during the FAT Ice Race at Zell am See. Called the Bentayga X Concept, it has been enhanced with off-road capabilities and uses a 4.0-liter twin-turbo V8 engine that sends power to permanent four-wheel drive via an eight-speed transmission.

The Concept X seems to be built for the FAT Ice Race, as it features a rugged look, the track width increased by at least five inches (120 mm) to enhance stability, and its ride height raised by over two inches (55 mm) so that the car can have a foot of ground clearance and maximized suspension travel. The other thing is that the concept still retains production car air suspension and anti-roll bars, hinting that they will be bringing a production model to life.

Keeping it in contact with the ground is a set of forged 22-inch rims that were created by Brixton and are wrapped up with large aspect ratio off-road tires/all-terrain tires. Compiling the extra height that the suspension had plus the wheel and tire package, it increased the Bentayga’s wading depth to 27 inches (550 mm).

Powering this off-road SUV is a 650 PS 4.0-liter twin-turbo V8 engine that sends its power to a permanent four-wheel drive via an eight-speed manual transmission. The ride wouldn’t just be better and safe thanks to air suspension that’s complemented by Bentley’s Dynamic Ride system and Bentley’s 48-volt electric active anti-roll system.

Other features on this Bentley Bentayga X Concept include roof-mounted storage, four spotlights enabling the off-roader to travel for a long time both day and night, and an electric Bambino-sized The go-kart, specially used in the FAT Karting League, just gives a clear view of how the Bentayga’s roof can hold.

The car’s height plus the roof’s additions brings the Bentayga X Concept height to about 2.49 meters. Coming to its rear, the titanium sports exhaust still remains the same, manufactured by Akrapovic, and there are also twin towing eyes at the front.
