When it comes to electric vehicle pickup , the Rivan R1T is the challenger . This car model is expected to be in the US Markets early 2024 and it’s one of the best their is .It makes as much as 835 horse power and get 60 metres per hour in 3.0 seconds.It has a power which can tow UpTo 11,000 pounds ,it has a max DC fast charging rate of 220kwh and estimated range of UpTo 400 miles.

The R1T pickup gets a performance version with the less-expensive two-motor powertrain for 2024. A new Drive Cam feature allows video from an entire trip to be recorded on a USB-C drive, much like a replacement for an active dashcam. The driver-facing camera is no longer available, and the story’s the same for the 12-volt outlets in the cabin and frunk.

Polestar 2 is an EV hatchback ,the upgrades on this vehicle makes it much different with new smart zone which house most of forward facing sensors and camera tech.

The tires also changed ; both the single and dual motor base variants comes with 19 inch wheels and michelin primacy for all season tires.

The single motor entry model now priced at $51,300 and $1,500 pump over pickup the most notable adjustment.

The electric motors powers the rear wheel with output power rises to 295 horsepower from 228 and 361 pound feet of toque and estimated to travel 60 mph time of 5.9 seconds.

The dual motor model comes with a price of $56,700 and $64,400 for the performance pickup some powertrain benefits too .

And new induction front front motor pumping horsepower to 416 on the base car and, strangely enough, lowering it slightly to 449 on the Performance. Torque rises to a meaty 546 pound-feet for both trims. By Polestar’s estimates, the Performance’s 60-mph time is 0.1 second quicker than before.

On the Engine,it uses previous generation engine is four cylinder ,147 horsepower 2.0 liters connected to a continuously variable automatic transmission . Stepping up to the N line limited

brings the peppier 190-hp turbocharged 1.6-liter four-cylinder. The turbo four t loses the last generation’s seven speed dual clutch transmission in favor of a much smoother eight speed torque converter automatic. The last turbocharged Kona we tested bustled to 60 mph in 7.3 seconds, but considering the addition of a slightly heavier transmission and the overall growth of the car, we expect the new model to add a tenth or two.

Also Kona comes with a standard front wheel drive , just for $1500 with a fuel saving technology.
